Standard Return Policy

We want you to feel absolutely LOVELY in your new style. That said, we understand that sometimes items just don't work out the way we expect. With that consideration in mind:

  • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date on eligible items (see below for exclusions) to initiate a return/exchange through our return portal linked above.
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless they have purchased return/package protection through Re:do (see below).
  • Once a return label has been issued, the customer has 7 days to ship item/s being returned.
  • Upon inspection, returned items must be in 'purchased condition’ (unworn, free of odors, without stains, etc), and including the original tags, for the return to be eligible for store credit or refund.
  • Refunds or store credits will be issued within 7-10 business days of Lovely. receiving a returned item/s.

 

A few things to note:

We are currently unable to offer an immediate exchange option. In the event that you are in need of a different size in the same item, you may prefer to submit and pay for a new order right away, in order to secure the style/size needed. Should you elect to wait until your refund/store credit has been processed to select your replacement merchandise, there can be no guarantee of specific product availability at that time.

Shipping and Handling Costs are NOT refundable.

Personal items such as bralettes, bodysuits, earrings, and hats are not eligible for return.  

*Online Exclusive/Direct Ship items are NOT eligible for refund. In the event of a qualified return, these items will can be returned for store credit only.

Items marked as *FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, return, or store credit.

Sale prices will not be adjusted on prior purchases.

 

Re:do Returns:

Customers now have the option to purchase return/package protection for $1.98 through Re:do. This service is offered at the time of checkout, in order for the customer to qualify for free and unlimited returns on that order.

If you did not purchase Re:do on that specific order, you can still use our return portal above, with the full cost of the return label being the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return, for a refund or store credit to be processed.

Return Steps:

1 - Initiate your return at the top of this page, using your order # and zip code. 

2 - Select the item/s that you wish to return and your preferred method of refund.

3 - If you finalized your order with the Re:do service included, your return shipping is covered!

If you did not add Re:do to your order, then you will be responsible for the Return Shipping Cost.

4 - Print your label and secure it to the top of your return package. 

5 - Drop your sealed return package off at any USPS location.
